The Work Beneath the Surface

Master Plans, 2D & 3D Visualisation in Toronto and the GTA

A master plan resolves the whole property at once: arrival, circulation, levels, the rooms of the garden and how each one meets the house. It is drawn in 2D because that is where proportion and grade are settled honestly, then a curated set of 3D views is rendered for the moments that actually decide the project, the approach, the principal terrace, the view from the kitchen window. Not every angle. The ones you will judge it by.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

A design can be one element. A master plan resolves the entire property as one composition, including the parts you may not build for several years, so that phase one does not make phase three impossible.
Because photoreal rendering is expensive and most angles do not change a decision. We render the views you will actually judge the project by, which keeps the fee proportionate and the review focused.
Yes, and most estate projects do. The plan includes a phasing strategy so services, levels and access are sequenced correctly and no phase has to be undone later.
No. This is a paid design engagement with no obligation to build, and the documented package is yours.
